Refreshing a historic brand without losing its essence
At NTITY, we took on the challenge of updating the identity and packaging of La Casera, one of the most iconic beverage brands in Spain. With more than 70 years of history and a deeply rooted place in the emotional memory of several generations, the brand needed to evolve without abandoning its character, spontaneity, and authenticity.
The project involved renewing its iconography, reorganizing its product architecture, and modernizing its entire packaging system—while keeping its recognizable essence intact.
An identity that breathes again
The work on the logotype aimed to restore its original vitality, simplifying shapes and refining details to improve legibility and presence across both physical and digital environments.
We preserved its handwritten character—an unmistakable symbol of closeness and tradition—while making it more solid, balanced, and contemporary.
The founding seal from 1949 is integrated as an element that reinforces the brand’s heritage, adding coherence and authenticity.
Fresher, brighter and more functional packaging
For many consumers, La Casera’s packaging is a summer icon. For this reason, we worked to update its visual expression without losing its refreshing spirit.
We refined the color codes, strengthened the brand’s visibility, and incorporated cleaner, more contemporary illustrations that highlight the naturalness of ingredients such as lemon, grape, or mint.
The result is a coherent, appealing, and highly visible range on the shelf, with a design that conveys lightness, flavor, and freshness.
New flavors, same DNA
La Casera continues to evolve and broaden its range with references such as Tinto de Verano or Distinto, which incorporate wine and natural juice. For their design, we developed a visual system capable of integrating new recipes without compromising brand unity.
We crafted a fruit iconography in a screen-printed style that adds texture and personality, helping differentiate varieties while maintaining a shared identity.
A legacy projected into the future
The redesign of La Casera is an exercise in balance: renewing without breaking, modernizing without forgetting, refreshing a brand that has become part of the habits and memories of an entire country.
At NTITY, we believe that keeping such an iconic brand alive requires respect for its history and the courage to take it into new territories.
This new visual and packaging identity ensures that La Casera continues to be what it has always been: a symbol of freshness, naturalness, and shared enjoyment.
