Schweppes Premium Mixers: illustration, gesture and flavor to elevate mixology

At NTITY, we developed the complete visual universe for Schweppes Premium Mixers, a range designed for the world of cocktails and sophisticated consumption.

The challenge was to differentiate the product within an increasingly demanding premium category, giving it an aesthetic that would anticipate its aromatic richness and hedonistic character.

Our answer was a visual system built around gestural botanical illustrations, created through layers of matter, texture, and pictorial energy. An expressive and elegant language that turns each reference into a sensory experience even before opening the bottle.

Botanical illustrations with gesture and materiality: flavor turned into image

At the heart of the project is the creation of a unique illustrative style: botanicals composed through broad strokes, dense brushwork, and textured layers —communicating movement, freshness, and intensity.
Hibiscus, ginger, matcha, citrus, and exotic berries cease to be ingredients and instead become visual expressions of flavor, almost as if the aroma itself had been painted onto the pack.
This pictorial language reinforces the sensory dimension of the product and places it within a territory of contemporary sophistication, where illustration doesn’t describe — it seduces.

A sober, elegant packaging system oriented to the ritual of mixing
Schweppes’ iconic bottles, with their historical embossing and recognizable silhouette, are integrated into a graphic system that balances severity with expressiveness. Deep-black packs act as a “nighttime stage” where the botanicals vibrate vividly, creating a high-contrast aesthetic ideal for nightlife and hospitality environments.

A scalable language for a constantly expanding range

Schweppes Premium Mixers is a range that continues to grow with new references. For this reason, we created a flexible system capable of incorporating new varieties without losing coherence:

– Defined color palettes according to aromatic territory
– Modular compositions that maintain hierarchy
– Botanical illustrations that allow the range to expand without altering its visual DNA

The result is a solid, recognizable, and easily scalable portfolio, ready to work across multiple formats: individual bottles, multipacks, hospitality, and retail shelves.
