A project done without haste

As part of building the brand identity of Cervezas Alhambra, we worked on a comprehensive redesign of its most iconic product: Alhambra Especial. A project that sought to anchor the product to its origins, making the interpretation of Granada’s mosaics the main visual argument.

The objective was clear: to give Alhambra Especial a more refined, coherent, and contemporary image, capable of coexisting with the rest of the range, standing out on the shelf, and deepening its positioning as a beer distinct from its category, with an artisan spirit and conceived to be enjoyed without haste.

An evolution from the basics

The redesign was built from the brand’s most recognizable elements: the geometry of its latticework, its Andalusian elegance, and its timeless character. Every design decision reflects a balance between heritage and modernity, between brewing tradition and aesthetic sensibility.

New logo and brand hierarchy: We refined its typographic structure and layout to enhance clarity, weight, and sophistication.

Graphic design inspired by Nasrid architecture: We worked with geometric patterns inspired by the ornamental details of the Alhambra, treated with subtlety to create a unique, evocative, and distinctive visual code.

Color palette: We opted for a warm, golden combination, with matte and metallic finishes that reinforce the product’s special character.

Structured and elegant packaging: We simplified the information architecture to facilitate reading and give prominence to the visual elements. The new label acts as a seal of quality, integrating tradition, sophistication, and clarity.

An identity that invites you to take a closer look

The redesign of Alhambra Especial is not just an aesthetic exercise: it’s a brand-building tool, visually conveying its philosophy of leisurely enjoyment and its connection to art, culture, and origins.

At NTITY, we’ve worked to make every detail count, so that each piece communicates what’s inside: a beer designed to stop time.
